Cheese Professional Exam Prep

This is a set of study decks created by a cheesemonger who was studying for the ACS CCP in 2023. Made public to assist all aspiring cheese professionals who want to attain the professional credential from the American Cheese Society. The emphasis is on cheesemaking, dairy animals, cheese handling and safety, acronyms any pro should know, and a few formulas. It is not comprehensive, but covers much of the body of knowledge you will be expected to know. Math formulas used in retail, reading a nutrition label, but no actual math word problems here. Footnote 12/21/2030: In October 2023, I received notification that I passed my exam. I'd like to publicly thank Kasia Wilson, ACS / CCP, who is my manager, my friend and my champion and also Bill Stephenson, DPI Specialty Foods & in-house Cheese Educator, whose master cheese class I attended in preparation for my 2023 exam. I could not have done it without their support and Bill's materials, which I have heavily pulled from to create this deck.
