Synthesis: Define target scenarios and data-driven business “Target Pictures,” selecting specific focus areas for development.
Explore: Develop use cases, identify and access data sources, and establish the development environment.
Define: Create a Solution Design Concept, including features, Proof of Concept (PoC) scope, and backlogs.
Build: Execute technical tasks like data cleaning, feature engineering, model building, and calculating the business case.
Transfer: Reach the final decision for implementation and move the solution into the production environment.
