1. When apparatus are initially responding to an incident:
   a) the 1st responding Capt(presumed closest to the destination) shall state; ____apparatus____ is on the way to ____the address____ , _____nature of the call____, All belted

Example: p201’is on the way to 24 Vodden street, house fire, all belted

b) All other responding Captians shall state,

_____apparatus___ is on the way, all belted

When the dispatcher provides an information update to the apparatus responding to an incident:

a) the first responding Captain (presumed closest fire officer to the destination) shall acknowledge the update and paraphrase the info back to the dispatcher
b) all other Captains are not required to acknowledge the update, but may do so if required to confirm missed info
