Why are yellow NO TRANSFER lights not included in annunciator system test?

They do not affect flashers when a no transfer condition exists

How does the bleed air warning system detect a line rupture?

Answer 3

The lines are encased in plastic tubing pressurised to 18psi. If a bleed air line ruptures the heat will melt the plastic and the loss of pressure will trigger the respective L or R BLEED AIR FAIL light.
