B = resp exam, resp rate
C = cardio exam, hr, bp, put in 2 large bore IV access cannula (take bloods, give fluids etc), abg/vbg
D = avpu (alert, responds to voice, pain, unresponsive), pupil size, glucose, temperature, GCS
E = exposure
