Ask, do you feel comfortable that you can continue to do your job with or without a reasonable accommodation?
An accommodation is basically a way to make things easier for someone so they can do something better or more comfortably.
Example:
if a student has trouble seeing the board, an accommodation might be giving them a seat closer to it. It’s about adjusting things to meet different needs.
If someone says they don’t need an accommodation,
DROP IT
Don’t drill EEs about medical condition (if they have incident related to health)
Just express kindness & ask if comfy doing job w/ or w/o a reasonable accommodation
