Major coordinates eg immunosuppressed, kidney, heart, lung CF etc
CRP> 100 (20-100=delayed prescription)

If over 65 years and two of following:
-Diabetes
-congestive HF
-hospital admission in prev year
-oral corticosteroid course taking currently
