Cytolytic , causes cell death

Anaphylactoid - NOT IgE mediated but has the same symptoms
Type 4 (IV) allergy
Delayed hypersensitivity of more than 12 hours , chronic inflammation
This type often manifests as contact dermatitis
Type IV 4 allergy
Toxins produced and mast cells damaged causing release of chemical mediators , proteins of body attack antigen
