SE: hepatotoxicty, monitor hepatic function before treatment and at one month

200-400mg PO qd
Imidazole derivative
Bugs: dermatophytes, candida, some g+, some antiviral properties
Can cause hepatotoxicty 
CI: cisapride and terfenadine
