• EK-0968 “Loop 1 Tave/Tref Gross Deviation” (5 F)
• EK-0969 “Loop 2 Tave/Tref Gross Deviation” (5 F)
• EK-1362 “Containment Pressure Off Normal” (0.8 psi) with a steam leak in containment
• Turbine Governor Valve Control Malfunction (open)

• An un-isolable load rise which exceeds a 1% change in HB Power Steady, NI, or D/T Power (9 MW loss on the generator)
• A plant condition requiring a power reduction at a rate greater than 30%/hr
• EK-1362 “Containment Pressure Off Normal” in alarm AND a steam leak inside containment
• Reactor power greater than or equal to 15% AND Turbine Governor Valve Control in manual and not controlling
