inferior vena cava-> right atrium -> tricuspid valve ->r ventricle -> through pulmonary valve to pulmonary artery -> to lungs where it takes on oxygen/releases carbon then back to pulmonary vein -> Left atrium-> mitral valve -> Left ventricle -> aortic valve -> aorta
