4. Isordil 5mg SL prn q 30min
5. Morphine for pain 3 mg iv prn
6. Atorvastatin 20mg tab 1x1 opc
7. Enoxaparin 0.6 sq BID
8. B blocker ลด arrythmia
9. ACEi captopril 12.5mg 1x1 opc
