- It is required for all soldiers who are command referred. Failure to attend mandatory session constitutes USMJ

- Medical ID
- Investigation/Apprehension
What are the objectives of rehab with ASAP?
- Return soldiers to full duty as soon as possible
- ID soldiers who cannot be rehabilitated within the scope of this regulation
- Refer those soldiers to proper treatment facilities
