2. Sections of contract believed to be violated.
3. Remedy or adjustment sought
4. Steps taken by grievant to resolve issue
5. Maintenance of standards or past practice grievances
6. Bargaining unit member’s signature

Notice of delievery of anything in writing required under this article shall be accomplished by confirmed receipt (or Read Receipt) email, to the Chief (or designee), Or Association President.

Step 1: FF must file grievance with an Association Grievance Committee member within ______________ of the date upon which the FF knew of or should have known of the facts or events giving rise to the grievance.

2. Grievance committee determining if a grievance exists.

4. Grievant may appeal within 15 days to Executive Board
5. Executive Board has 15 to make final detmination.
