why are there large jumps in atomic radius between He and Li and again between Ne and Na?
because lithium and neon have less shells than helium and sodium
why does the atomic radius of drop between lithium and Florine?
because the number of protons in fluorine is greater than the amount of protons on lithium ( making fluorine a greater force)
what is strange about the radius of noble gasses in this graph?
the radius slightly increases because there’s more shells as you go down the row of noble gasses
