A
- learn basic military skills and leadership
- 3 key exercises focusing on field work and tactics

describe the intermediate term of sandhurst
A
- here you transition from only looking after yourself to being responsible for others
- 3 key exercise that focus on how u operate up to a company level (company is 80-180 men (3 platoons)

describe the senior term
A
- you are given more responsibility within increasing complex scenarios
- you will go on 3 exercise including one overseas in Germany
