• fatty acid in the duodenum increase secretion of CCK and acidity of chyme stimulate the release of secretin. ( both CCK and Secretin are small intestine hormone.
• CCK stimulate gallbladder secretion and relax hepatopencreatic sphincter.

secretin increase the flow of the bile from liver.
