Step 1: Break posture and pull one arm inside your guard while the other stays outside. Step 2: Shoot your leg over their shoulder and lock your ankles. Step 3: Adjust the angle, lock the triangle, and squeeze by pulling the head down.
Guillotine Choke (Closed Guard)
Step 1: Wrap your arm around their neck when they shoot in. Step 2: Close guard and grip your choking hand with the other hand. Step 3: Lift your elbows and arch back.
Kimura from Guard
Step 1: Sit up to grab their wrist with one hand and wrap your other arm behind their elbow. Step 2: Grab your own wrist to form the lock. Step 3: Fall back, pull their elbow forward, and rotate their arm behind their back.
