A

What is the duty of AP & RSE?

If AP found guilty?
1) BA may take disciplinary actions against AP who will be prosecuted under s40. Should he be found guilty of such offences, he shall be liable on conviction to fines varying from $400k and imprisonment for 2yrs 3) An inquiry will be carried out by the Disciplinary Board who may order to remove the name of AP from the AP register (permanently/ temporarily), - reprimand the AP concerned, - order a fine, or - publish the findings in Gazettes. 4) If AP aggrieved by such orders, he may appeal to the Court of First Instance whose decision is final.
