What are the types of breech?

A
  1. Frank/Extended - Hips flexed, knees extended (legs pointing up alongside trunk) (65%, most common)
  2. Footling/incomplete - one or both feet presenting below buttocks (~25% — highest risk of cord prolapse)
  3. Complete/Flexed - Hips and knees both flexed (sitting cross-legged)- around 10%
