Can repeat a symbol up to 3 times
Numeral of lesser value after a larger one is added (e.g. 6 = VI)
Numeral of lesser value before a larger one is subtracted (e.g. 4 =IV)
When numeral of lesser value is between 2 larger values, it is first substracted from the one after it and this number is added to the rest (e.g. 140 = CXL)
Use the largest value roman numerals possible
