A

For severe spasticity of cord or CNS origin over 4 years old.
For cerebral palsy, cord injury, TBI, MS
Pump is implanted into abdomen or chest wall
1000 x smaller than oral baclofen dose

Signs of toxicity

A

Can occur with refilling pump, or if there is a pump failure, or during pump dose titration

Drowsiness, vertigo, somnolence, hypothermia, respiratory depression, hypotonia
