36 yearold Male
HPI:
A 36yearold righthand dominant male presented
to clinic one day after sustaining a left wrist injury when he fell approximately
2025 feet from a roof at work, impacting his left hand and left side of his face.
He presented to the ED on the same day as the injury. He reported pain and
limited motion in the left wrist, but had a normal neurovascular exam. The
injury was identified as a perilunate dislocation, which was reduced under
conscious sedation and splinted in the emergency department.
