Case Summary

A

C/O - 67 y/o lady complains that a filling was lost from one of the upper canine roots below her overdenture, no symptoms (has had RCT) and she isn’t happy with the denture. Becomes uncomfortable by 3 o’clock so takes it out.
RMH - low dose aspirin after an MI, high cholesterol
DH - overdenture provided on the 2 retained upper canine roots, stable and retentive.
IO - redness on palate under the DBA but not tender.
