3. DSM-Oriented
   - ADHD, ODD- linkage btw scores and diagnostic categories

- part of a braoder assessment - cross-informant - focuses on ADHD

CBCL in comparison to MINI and SCID provides a broad overview of child’s functioning and can help identify areas that may require further assessment - more of an intitial screening tool

• can be completed WITHOUT a clinician administering which is where it differs from the others
• identify AREAS OF CONCERN in terms of behavioural, social emotional problems but doesnt diagnose
