Why are you doing this? Is it because your policies and internal training materials were leaked in the press last year?

• First, we want to be absolutely clear that harmful language, images, and videos have no place on Facebook.
• Second, we believe that increased transparency will provide more clarity on where we draw lines on complex and continuously evolving issues.
• Third, we hope that sharing these details will prompt an open and honest dialogue about our decision making process that will help us improve - both in how we develop and enforce our standards.
