RBBB criteria
Prolonged QRS
Slurred S wave in I and V6
rSR’ pattern in V1
LBBB
Prolonged QRS
Broad monomorphic R waves in I and V6 with no Q
Broad monomorphic S waves in V1, may have small R wave
SHOULD be discordant
V1 V2 neg V5 V6 and I positive
Localized IVCD
Shorter than 0.12, common in lead III. QRS with many peaks, sort of like an RSR’ pattern
IVCD
0.12 seconds or wider, but lacking some characteristics of LBBB or RBBB. Typical presentation is QRS in V1 have LBBB (wide, monomorphic, discordant, negative) and V6 looks like a RBBB (wide, slurred S wave) Hyperkalemia is the deadliest cause, or TCA OD
LAF innervates

LPF innervates
inferior and posterior walls
