It’s internal. It’s how we feel the loss.
What is mourning?
It’s basically grief externalized. It’s how we talk about it in public, etc.
Are there stages in mourning?
Nope.
Is the grief journey continuous?
Nope - it goes, then stalls, then goes back, then forward, etc.
Should we move away from grief?
