the main foods eaten during Greek easter celebrations include tsoureki (traditional easter bread), roasted lamb, platters of roasted and stuffed vegetables, salads, and seafood. The main foods a family in Greece would serve at Christmas are roast pork, chicken, or turkey stuffed with rice and raisins, soups (usually avgolemono), feta, olives, vegetable dishes, tzatziki, and salads, loukomades would also be served for dessert which are deep fried dough balls drizzled with honey.
