2. If there is not a normal cycle, but there is an ability to distinguish then she should distinguish the dark blood from that of its lighter color and count her menstruation for the duration of dark colored blood.
3. If she is a beginner or has forgotten cycle then she should count 6-7 days out of each month and count that as time.
