Before take-off checks - in run up bay
Fuel selector - right or fullest tank Flight instruments - set and check Circuit breakers - in Throttle - 2000RPM Engine instruments - checked green Magnetos - max drop 175 RPM, Vaccum - 5 Annunciator panel - press to test Carb heat - check drop Throttle idle - checked >600 RPM Throttle - 1000RPM Mixture - rich Master switch - on Electric fuel pump - on Primer - in and locked Magnetos - both Controls - full, free & correct Flaps - 0 degrees Trim tab - set for t/o
After landing checks
Transponder - STBY Electric fuel pump - off Pitot Heat - off Lights - as per FAM Mixture - leaned Trims - neutral Flaps - retracted
Shutdown Engine
Radios/Avionics - off Electric fuel pump - off Throttle - 800 - 1000rpm Magnetos - check drop Mixture - ico Magnetos - off Master switch - off
