concave ST elevation and PR depression in all leads except v1 and AVR

Productive cough (coloured if bacterial pneumonia)
Sharp pleuritic chest pain
Nausea and vomiting
Fever/chills
Abdominal pain (lower lobe irritates diaphragm)
Bibasilar crackles
