• rinse twice first, then daily cleaning 2 flat spoons of cleaning powder
• 3 times fast cooling button
• clean tea bag waste container
• cleaning with towel (all sides + top)

Tea expresso machine CLOSE

• use screwdriver to take three filter metal pieces (filter, net plate, and one screw)
• clean with toothpaste and toothbrushes, wash with hot water
• use double-shot coffee handle and rubber blocker with half-spoon cleaning powder into machine
  -》 press cleaning mode (button 1 & 5 together) with measure cup under
  -》 take out rubber blocker and install cleaned filter pieces back on expresso machine
  -》 use tea handle and press button 5 to rinse handle and handle
• Clean all sides, tray, waste container
• turn machine nozzle to dial 1 for 5 seconds, then dial 0. And steam nozzle slowly to let steam out

• Unscrew and clean tea filter and the screw, brush with toothpaste and toothbrush
• Unscrew handle nozzle head, and clean with toothbrush and toothpaste
• put all parts together, rinse with hot water
• clean and empty tea waste container

Ice water & Tea barrels CLOSE

• pour remaining tea into 4000cc jugs with lids
• Clean inside filter pieces and nozzle pieces with toothpaste and toothbrush, rinse with hot water
• wash barrel lid and dry with soap and hot water
• clean and dry all sides with towel
• leave barrel half cover for air-dry overnight

Milk tea & Roasted tea barrels

• Use same barrel cleaning technique as ice water & jugs
• ## Lift the ring using large steel spoon, soak in 5000cc hot water, timer 20 minutes (leave a half full 4000cc jug on top to prevent floating)

• Wipe and clean stove surface
• Lift up stoves and clean the counter area underneath
• wipe and clean thr wall behind and around stoves
• clean off any dry grass jelly or tapioca stains around stove

Syrup bottles CLOSE

• put all the syrup bottles in the sink
• slowly pour 500cc hot water using measure cup, clean and dry with warm towel one by one
• clean the syrup station with warm towel before putting syrup back

• clean stainless-steel top cover with warm towel
• clean all sides with warm towel
