(verbally or in writing). 2) - Direct the owner of a structure to obtain an assessment of the effect of the emergency on that structure. 3) Direction under 2 can only be given if there is a belief the structure may pose a threat to life/injury/safety etg. anyone given a direction under 2 must obtain an assessment in accordance with the direction and at the owners expense. then provide report to the person who requested it.
