Lumbar spine and knee (ipsilateral), femoral pulses and full neurovascular assessment of the lower limb
Shoulder completion
Examine C-spine, ipsilateral elbow and do a full neurovascular assessment of the upper limb
Hands completion
Examine ipsilateral elbow and do a full neurovascular assessment of the upper limb
spine completion (probs not required)
Any lower back pain would warrant a PR, elbow and hip exam
