As you approach a vessel to conduct your PSC exam you notice 2 plimsol marks on the side of the hull. After reviewing the ICLL Ceritificate you double check and the markings on the side of the vessel do not match the certificate. No change shall be made in structure, equipments, materials, or scant lints without sanction of the Administration. The plimsol markings not the vessel did not match the approved markings indicated by the Administration on the ICLL Certificate. ICLL 9
