Dyspnoea
Fatigue
Syncope
Tachypnoea
Signs of Cor Pulmonale?
Cyanosis Tachycardia Raised JVP RV Heave Pansystolic Murmur (Tricuspid Regurgitation)
Tests:
ABGs = Hypoxia CXR = Enlarged right ventricle, prominent pulmonary arteries ECG = Right Ventricular Hypertrophy
