- Stable + basal crackles - if nil response to o2 and GTN +/- Furosemide
- Increased WOB and/or mid zone to full field crackles - concurrently with pharmacology

A
- LOC = P or U
- SBP <90mmHg
- Hypoventilation
- Facial Trauma
- Epistaxis
- Pneumothorax
- Active vomiting
