HEART ATTACK:
Check for hazards: no fire, wire, glass or gas
Get someone or yourself to call 9-1-1, get an AED
Conscious: Explain you have CPR training, ask if you can help
Ask if they take nitroglycerin, if not take 2 normal aspirin tablets
STROKE:
no aspirin
position sitting or lying down on numb side of body
loosen tight clothing
talk to the person, keep them conscious

2. Make fist with one hand, place slightly above belly button, grasp fist with other hand, press inward and upward
3. Repeat

2. Use chair and jump on it

Fast-acting medication that can temporarily reverse the effects of an
opioid overdose. Can restore normal breathing within minutes.
