A
high index suspicion and low theshold for consideration:
pain out of proportion
allodynia and hyperesthisa
doesnt follow dermatome and can spread beyond area of injury
described as severe and burning, throbbing or aching
trophic changes:
- hair and nail growth decreases
- skin thins
- fat atophy
- adhesion and contractions of tendon and ligaments
