Activate support systems for victims their families including contacting family, friends, neighbors, and clergy as appropriate.

Act as a liaison between the victim and emergency personnel including the police, fire, coroner, and hospital emergency room staff.
Primary Task #4
Provide short and long term resources and referrals to victims and their families affected by a death, a serious injury, a violent crime, or other traumatic incident.
