If you want a reviewer to be able to say MAINTAIN or REVOKE on an item…it needs to be on it’s OWN row so that reviewers can make a decision on it

Less maintenance than subfolders for each application

How often should .csv files be collected
A
Daily is good whether ACM is collecting daily or weekly. Make sure you schedule ACM to collect on a day/time after the .CSV file is created and moved to the common repository - best to collect during off hours
