Obi banes the villagers from coming on school grounds, so that hey can take a walk on the path. The priest comes and warns Obi that it is the spiritual beliefs that they have to do this. He says no and then a woman that is going into labor dies and they blame it on Obi for not letting them walk the path. They destroy the garden an the inspector sees it.
