A-FOAQRAC or “Folk-rack”
- ATTITUDE. It is your Mindset that determines how you come across to a woman. This is the basis of Attraction.
- FIND/OPEN. Prepare yourself, going where the woman is, and opening/Approaching her.
- ATTRACT. In this Phase, you use techniques to build attraction and sexual tension.
- QUALIFY. This involves showing that you’re in the frame of being selective and that you’re evaluating HER. Can be something as simple as “You seem cool.”
- RAPPORT. This phase involves building trust and rapport through emotionally engaging conversation, cold reading, empathy, etc.
- AMPLIFY. In this phase you use techniques to build up the attraction and sexual tension, to an even higher level.
- CLOSE. this phase invloves “sealing the deal” (contact close, meet close, kiss close, or sex close.)
Peacocking
The act of adorning one’s self with flashy clothing or accessories to draw attention from the opposite sex.
(I.E. Tight Jeans, a big flashy watch, rings, expensive shoes.)
3 Second Rule
Once you have seen a woman you are attracted to you have 3 seconds to go and approach her.
Pecking
The act of moving your head in and out during a conversation to the woman. This telegraphs that you are needy and that what she is more important that you. This is widely considered to be one of the worst mistakes that P.U.A.s will make during an approach.
Approach Anxiety
The over powering fear a man has when approaching a woman he feels attracted to. This feeling has been theorized to be linked to primative man’s survival instincts. Though they have little to no base in modern man’s life they still exist in us and effect us to this day.
