How to delete mailbox
In this scenario a channel is deleted but the mailbox is still available for the user in myFileGateway upload menu and in the system. Start by deleting the route.
step 1
Deployment > Mailboxes > Configuration
Check if mailbox exists
step 2
Navigate to - Tools>B2B console
Step 3
Deployment > Mailboxes > Configuration
Hit delete for the mailbox.
