* The AM/EC will remove all keys, padlocks, chains and the screwdriver from the inside of the ECP and distribute them to the ISRT.
* The motor housing cover on the inner and outer vehicle gate will be removed.
* Locate the clutch and turn in a counter-clockwise direction. This will disengage the clutch from the motor. It is disengaged when the clutch turns freely.
* Insert the vehicle gate key into the keyhole and turn it slightly. This will open the peephole directly below it, allowing access to the gate locking mechanism. DO NOT FORCE THE KEY. Forcing the key will cause the key to break off into the lock.
* Insert a screwdriver into the peephole and lift up the spring loading locking bar. At the same time, sliding open the gate.
* Until power is restored, secure the gates with a chain and padlock.
* Once power is restored, re-engage the clutch and replace the motor housing. Flip the switch on the circuit breaker box to restore power.
