Is for a unit to request support from outside source to conduct maintenance that the unit is incapable of doing. (Welding, fuel tank cleaning, etc)

Who do you submit the work request to ?
A
Product line and they will be the ones to assign the work request

When can work request be edited or modified?
A
When the status shows DRAFT. No edits shall be made after the request has been submitted
