1. Pediatric: 0.2 mg/kg IV/IO in increments no greater than 2 mg to a maximum dose of 10 mg. Wait 1-2 minutes between doses to observe effect. Rectally, 0.5 mg/kg not to exceed 20 mg. Wait at least 5 minutes before giving a second dose. Contact May Bridge for more repeated doses. Administer rectal dose with 3 mL syringe (without needle) inserted as far as possible.
