Haemangioblastoma
Metastasis
Demyelinating lesion

Infection

Traumatic Spine cord injury

Astrocytomas (NF1) and ependymomas comprise 90%
of intramedullary tumors and cannot be reliably
differentiated based on imaging features.

Hemangioblastomas and intramedullary
metastases are less common.
