What are the indirect objects, what do they mean and where can they be placed
Indirect: le, les, me, te, nos, os
They describe actions being done to or for someone
They can be placed before all the conjugated verbs (Yo le quiero ayudar) or after an infinitive or gerund (Yo quiero ayudarle)
What are direct objects what do they mean and where can they be placed.
Lo, la, los, las, me, te, nos, os
They describe a person or thing that is receiving the verb of the sentence.
They can be placed before conjugated verb (Ella lo come) or at the end of an infinitive or gerund (Ella quiere comerlo).
How to use double objects
the indirect object goes before the direct object. If the indirect object is le/les and the direct object is lo or la, then you have to change the indirect object to “se”
You can mash the indirect and direct object together and join them to an infinitive or present progressive.
